| Matthew Fox Escapes Criminal Charges In Drunken Assault! Posted: 17 Sep 2011 12:20 PM PDT He's off the hook - sort of! Lucky man! Although Matthew Fox is being sued by the female party bus driver whom he allegedly punched drunkenly in the breast and vagina during an altercation last month, according to the Cleveland Prosecutor's Office, he will not have any charges brought against him! A rep explains:
However, the party bus driver's lawyer said in a statement:
Well, we suppose that's fair! But she also already wants $25k in damages from the lawsuit, so we're sure between that and the public embarrassment of getting so violently drunk is punishment enough! Well, that, a public apology, and a stint in rehab we'd say! We don't care how intoxicated he was, acting out like that is NEVER acceptable! [Image via WENN.] |
| Ted Kennedy's Daughter Kara Has Passed Away. Posted: 17 Sep 2011 12:00 PM PDT So much tragedy. This poor family. We're sad to report that Kara Kennedy, the eldest daughter of former Senator Ted Kennedy, passed away suddenly on Friday while working out in a DC-area gym yesterday, at the age of 51.
He also revealed that her passing was most likely due the malignant tumor she had removed from her lungs, and that the treatment "took quite a toll on her and weakened her physically. Her heart gave out." So awful. Our deepest condolences go out to her husband, Michael Allen, two children, and all of her family and loved ones. May she R.I.P. [Image via WENN.] |
| The MaSheen Is Coming To The Primetime Emmys! Posted: 17 Sep 2011 11:40 AM PDT Ohh boy! We can't even begin to imagine what this could be! Although Charlie Sheen has no Emmy nominations this year, it appears that he will be making a surprise appearance at the ceremony tomorrow night, and many rumors suggest that he'll be serving as a presenter! Well - it certainly would make sense! He's been doing quite a bit of PR blitz, between The Tonight Show, The Wendy Williams Show, and The Today Show! Maybe he has some sort of big announcement?
