What's better than a pop star big sister?  A pop star big sister who buys you all the video games and Jordans you desire.  Rihanna was spotted taking her little bro Rajad for a shopping spree in L.A. at The Grove yesterday.

Rihanna kept it chic in this all black paantsuit and heels as she hit up a video game store and a sneaker store at The Grove with her little bro yesterday.

I'm sure Rajad was in boy heaven.

And along her journey this year, we have experienced her highs (delivering her highly anticipated 4 album) and her lows (severing business ties with her father).  And in addition to setting Twitter records when she announced her pregnancy, she was also the first female singer to headline the Glastonbury Music Festival.

And now the world is on uber-ready status as Bey and hubby Jay-Z enter a new and exciting chapter of their lives, parenthood.

Holly Robinson REACHES OUT To Fans Of "The Talk" And SAYS She'll Continue Fighting For Autism Awareness

Fans of Holly Robinson Peete may be upset that she won't be returning to CBS' gabfest "The Talk" but they will be impressed by her handling of the situation.  The gracious and sophisticated lady released a statement thanking fans and CBS and also added that she will continue fighting for families with specials needs.  Read it inside....

 

Showing how to handle the "closing" of a door with grace and classy, Holly Robinson Peete released a statement about her departure from "The Talk" making it clear that is was not her decision.  She then thanked CBS for the opportunity and fans for their support.  

Here's her statement:

After weeks in limbo, I was finally "officially" given word from CBS today that I have not been picked up for the 2nd season of The TALK. I realize there have been several reports and "leaks" for sometime to this effect but until today I was not contractually released which prevented me from moving on and finding other work.

While I am relieved to have this closure, it doesn't diminish my disappointment one bit about not continuing with a show I worked very hard to launch and love dearly.

But I've been around long enough to know that while you cannot control certain situations you CAN control how you respond to them.

Thank you to CBS for a tremendous opportunity to realize a long held dream of mine to host a daytime talk show. I learned SO much and will cherish and build upon my experience. Best of all I made some friends for life...

I want to thank The TALK viewers and those who supported and rallied around me and expressed appreciation for the humor and heart I attempted to bring to the table... You lifted me!

But by far, what I will miss the most: the amazing platform to spread awareness about families affected by autism and special needs. Just know that I will never stop speaking for you, and sharing your stories...EVER.

Although this door has closed, I am full of excitement about the new doors that will open for me.

Gotta go grind!

We told you ealier that both Holly and Leah Remini were replaced by Sheryl Underwood and Kris Jenner, so it will be interesting to see how the show shapes up when it debuts on Sept. 6.

Nelly, Flo Rida & Nicole Scherzinger Hit The Stage And The Club In Las Vegas

It turns out that Atlanta isn't the only place for celebs to kick up their feet for Labor Day weekend.  Hip Hop superstar Nelly was spotted on stage and at the club in Las Vegas where he's holding it down or the weekend.  See pics of Nelly, Flo Rida, Nicole Scherzinger and others party it up in Las Vegas inside.....

Nelly has really been making the most of his time in Las Vegas, truly combining work and pleasure.  He started off the fun AND work with a photoshoot with model Jessenia Vice for Apple Bottoms shot at the Paris Las Vegas.

He even managed to look very "Cool" in the Las Vegas heat while rocking a canary yellow sweater and shades.

Then he showed off his muscles during an interior photoshoot for the campaign.

 

But a man can't work without food AND candy so......

He hit up the Sugar Factory with "X-Factor" judge Nicole Scherzinger.

Rapper Flo Rida also partook of the sugar rush and dined at the Sugar Factory.

He was later joined by Sammi Sweetheart (of the "Jersey Shore") and Pleasure P.  Wait....when Sammi went and got her latest tan did she asked them for Cocoa or Crispy?

Then Flo Rida and Pleasure P posed with a few ladies while at dinner.

 

Then it was time for more work......
 

Nelly and Nicole both worked the red carpet before he later hit the stage and performed at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens At Paris Las Vegas.

Nelly worked the crowd into a frenzy.
 


 

Then he and Nicole worked the DJ booth to hype up the crowd even more.

And actor/author Hill Harper was there to kick it as well.
