Michael Lohan Is Baaaaack….In Rehab!

Let's hope it actually does him some good this time!

Last week, Michael Lohan miraculously avoided jail time after being arrested and pleading 'no contest' to four domestic violence charges.

While we REALLY think Michael should be behind bars right now, we're at least glad to report that he's checked into a Ft. Myers, Florida rehab center, where he'll spend 120 days in court-ordered treatment for anger management issues.

Here's what a source had to say about it:

"Michael knows he belongs there and he wants to get help."

"He wants to be in LA getting help from Dr. Drew, but he is doing what the court ordered."

Apparently, Michael's ex Kate Major is ALSO currently in a rehab center in Florida...but we're hearing that neither of the two have plans to contact each other.

Ugh! Can we PLEASE put Michael Lohan in a rehab facility where he's away from both the media AND his ex-GF?!?!?!?!

...Maybe there's a nice facility in Michigan that he can go to???

What do U think? Will rehab actually do something for Papa Lohan this time around???

Hell Hath No Fury Like A WomanMan Scorned: Tareq Salahi Sues Ex-Wife And Rocker Lover

Tareq Salahi says his reality TV dreams are ruined.

After Real Housewives of D.C.'s Michaele Salahi left him for Journey guitarist Neal Schon, Tareq is suing the pair for $17 million.

A little much?

Tareq claims that Michaele and Neal "humilated" him with the two year love affair.

His attoruney claims that the duo "profited unfairly off Tareq's misery and sabotaged his career in the process."

Tareq claims the taunting, shopping, and the alleged pic of Neal's "package" have all humiliated him and put in a $2 million debt.

He evens says the buzz from the affiar boosted Journey ticket sales!

Good luck with that sticking in court...at all.

Intense Details Behind Ashton And Demi's Demise

They're rushin' to the newsstands with this one!

The new issue of People has some pretty intense details inside the demise of the relatonship between Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore.

It's even sadder than we thought. Ashton's wandering eye had Demi doubting herself all the time. Her insecurities only grew because of his betrayal of commitment which led to nagging questions that, albeit justified, drove Ashton even further away.

According to a friend of Ashton's:

The marriage had been deteriorating for a long time. Ashton was ready to end it, but he wanted to wait for Demi to actually do it. He loved her but couldn't live with her.

She really wanted to save the marriage but couldn't deal with the pain of his cheating. They were fed up with each other.

If anyone was uncomfortable with the age difference, it was Demi, not Ashton. She drove him crazy after a while with questions and doubts.

Ugh. So terrible. But hey, maybe now every Tumbling woman's fanfiction can come to fruition -- maybe one day Demi will get back with Bruce Willis! ...ha! That won't be happening for a while. He seems pretty in love with his new(er) lady.

Astro Apologizes For Cocky X Factor Actions

Last week, Astro displayed very poor behavior on the stage of X Factor. When he was put in the bottom two, he gave some major 'tude and it didn't sit well.

Stacy Francis ended up being the one to go (bout time), but Astro was still left with a lot of explaining to do.

We even got the EXCLUSIVE word that he blatantly disobeys producers' rules on the show! SMH!

But we're guessing Astro is finally realizing the effect of his actions, because he went to his Facebook to make an apology:

I seriously apologize to my fans, what I said and my emotions weren't directed toward you. I'm 15 and I think I know everything, but the truth is, I don't, and I handled the situation wrong! Win or lose next week, I will make you all proud!?

What I do, I do for the love of Hip-Hop and my fans, and I would never doing anything to hurt either. I believed I was being mistreated, and in the moment I thought about Ali's moment. I want to be the new ambassador for Hip-Hop and a leader of a new young movement of positive kids, but to be that I must have Integrity and Honor first!

People are saying I'm "cocky" and "arrogant", well maybe I have watched too many Muhammed Ali films or maybe I grew up having to fight my way home everyday or battle on street corners of Brooklyn for respect. My guards are always up, and maybe I took the situation too heavy.

All right, Astro. You are 15, after all. We get that. But even this statement was cocky! Sigh.. but we really hope you're serious about this. We'd be disappointed if you fell back on your recent reflection and screwed up again!

We mean, we've been this kid's fan from day one until this stuff started happening!

New From Chris Brown!

When he isn't venting - then quitting - Twitter, Chris Brown is still trying to put out some good music.

This one right here the first lead single off his album, Fortune, which is due out next month. Strip also features rapper Kevin McCall and was produced by The Bizness.

What is really a shame is that all the crap in his life clouds the fact that he does punch out good music. What's not a shame is that his music doesn't excuse him from all the crap he pulls.

DIVAS!!! VH1 Adds More Names To Divas Lineup

Chaka Khan. Erykah Badu. Boyz II Men?

VH1 announced that there will be more Divas added to mix for their annual performance show, VH1 Divas.

The list includes English singers Estelle and Marsha Ambrosius, Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings as well as the aformentioned Khan and Badu.

Male artists will also join the foray, including Travie McCoy and Boyz II Men.

This year, the show will honor the soul cities: Chicago, Detroit, Memphis, Philadelphia and London.

As reported earlier, the new names join Mary J. Blige, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson, Jessie J, Jill Scott and Florence (minus the Machine) Welch.

The show premieres Monday December 19, 2011 at 9pm!

Ashton Tried To Buy Demi's Trust Back With A Car!

Just two weeks before their shocking divorce statements, Ashton Kutcher reportedly bought an eco-friendly car for Demi Moore as a "gift".

The 2012 Lexus LS 600h L, worth a little over $100,000, was given to Demi as a birthday present. It was also most likely given as a grand gesture to make up for cheating on her.

Come on. Read between the lines!

Clearly the car didn't impress. And we're not surprised. If you wanna give super rich people a present, we'd go for lavish experience gifts -- not material things they can pick up themselves.

But it was a sweet thought nonetheless. Too bad all the behind the back bangin' wasn't!

J.Lo Celebrates American Music Awards Win With After Party Extravaganza With New BF

J. Lo knows how to have a good time!

Fresh off her American Music Awards for Favorite Latin Artist win, Jennifer Lopez threw an after party for the ages at Greystone Manor.

The Fiat and Grey Goose sponsored event was loaded with stars, including Pitbull, Lance Bass, Chris Brown, Jennifer Morrison, Jenny McCarthy, and a camera ducking Mary J. Blige.

And of course, new boy toy Caspar Smart was there too.

JLo and Smart danced the night away with their celeb guests and at midnight, gorgeously shirtless go-go dancers performed and danced around JLo's table, including a Cirque de Soleil performer.

Now THAT's how you throw a party, J.Lo! Make sure to invite us next time!
