The Simmons/Hounsou family celebrated Thanksgiving in LA this week and you can literally feel the love and strong bonds they have with each other. Celebrate with them inside......

This week in LA, Kimora Lee Simmons and Russell Simmons celebrated the holiday with their kids Aoki and Ming Lee as well as Kimora's mom Joanne Perkins, Kimora's husband Djimon Hounsou and their adorable son Kenzo.

Too cute!

I bet one day we will see Kenzo modeling for Ralph Lauren.

Cousin Angela was there too.

I would love to see their full food spread.  I'm sure Kimora goes all out and has good mix of everything.

LEAKS: Beyonce Reacts To Tabloids During "Countdown" Video Taping...Baby Actually Due This December?

Seems like someone got a hold of the Elements of 4 DVD early. Because several leaks hit the net yesterday, including the "Dance For You" vid, showing Beyonce behind the scenes of her videos and speaking about her baby bump. And the unseen footage is likely straight from the upcoming DVD that releases this upcoming Tuesday. 

 

Check the vids inside (if you don't want spoilers...don't go in) where she says she's 6 months preggers on the set of "Countdown"....back in September.

In the above video, Beyonce is on the set of her "Countdown" video and is holding up the September 23rd Daily News.  She reveals she's 6 months pregnant and rubs her belly while sayng "Oh Baby!" 

6 months along in September?  Does that mean Baby Carter will actually be due this December/January...instead of February?  Hmmm.

And the below vids are Beyonce on the set of "Countdown" talking about how her and her husband's lives have changed so much and Bey taking fans behind the scenes of "Best Thing I Never Had" video and the throwback prom scene:

GAME ON!? NBA Players Reach TENTATIVE Deal, Games May RESUME By X-mas!

Good news for basketball fans...Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James and other favorites may be suited up for games by Christmas day. Deets inside....

After nearly two years of fighting, Commissioner David Stern recently announced the he and Derek Fisher, the president of the players' association, reached a tentative agreement early Saturday to end the 149-day lockout. He added, "We want to play basketball."

The NBA is hoping to begin the delayed season with a marquee tripleheader on Dec. 25.

So if all goes well, the 2011-12 season will open with the Boston Celtics at New York Knicks, followed by Miami at Dallas and Chicago at LA. But neither party provided many specifics about the deal.

"We thought it was in both of our interest to try to reach a resolution and save the game," said union executive director Billy Hunter.  

Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade told The Associated Press, "All I feel right now is 'finally.'"

Groupies EVERYWHERE just let out a sigh of relief......

The Baltimore born/New York raised chick is showing how fab mother of 41-year-old mother of 2 in Hollywood can be.  In a black and blue mesh body-con Natt Taylor dress and Black Tuxedo shoes from Dillard's, the "Soul Food" actress hit the pages of DENIM magazine to show off her style and give a peek inside her life with her just as gorgeous hubby, Boris Kodjoe.  And no, she doesn't care what rumors are floating around about her man or her marriage, she says she's all the way happy.

 

This black and nude Eilen Fisher jacket over a white bandage skirt is one of my fave looks from the spread.

Loving this J.Bolin/Lauren Nicole backless white dress.  She paired it with nude and gold platform Steve Madden pumps.

 

This long sleeved Pink Bombshell indeed printed dress works for her.

 

 

Loving the sequins hot pants and sweatshirt look (both from Charmz Boutique).  She paired the look with black and silver platform Steve Madden pumps.

50 Cent Responds To T.I., Loon Gets Arrested On Felony Drug Charges

Y'all didn't think 50 was about to let T.I.'s comments in the new issue of VIBE slide did you?  Seeing that Mr. Jackson was the main person saying Tiny should have caught the entire case for her husband during their arrest in L.A. last year, Curtis responded to T.I.'s mouthy comments about it.

In September 2010, 50 Cent tweeted that "Tiny should have took the charge" for her husband since T.I. was just fresh out of jail at the time.  He said last year:

So T.I. had some words about that in the new upcoming issue of VIBE, saying

“I’ma tell you, 50 Cent and anybody else, we not gonn’a have no discussion about what my ole lady should’a, would’a, couda done for anything as it pertains to me.  We ain’t gonn’a do that. I’m the only one in my family that’s gonna take a lick when it pertains to the legal system. Since me, none of my other family members have seen a jail cell. Nobody. I’m the last one. The buck stops here. I feel that a person that stands behind [his woman for a criminal charge] is a coward anyway.”

And tonight, 50 responded to T.I. tweeting:

In other hip-hop foolishness, former Bad Boy artist Loon (who converted to Islam a few years ago) was arrested on drug charges back in May for committing felonies during 2006-2008.  And thanks to the federal indictment papers just now coming to light and him just getting arrested (again), the streets are just now finding out about it.

Loon, aka Chauncey Hawkins aka Amir Junaid Muhadith, was arrested and indicted for felony heroin distribution in North Carolina back in May, but found asylum in Algeria after initial release.  Just recently, he was spotted in Belgium and taken into custody, and will now be extradited back to the U.S.

Heroin though?  Damn homie...

T.I. Says The Gay Community Can Be "Too Sensitive", DOUBTS Bin Laden's Death And Defends Tiny In The Dec/Jan Issue Of VIBE

T.I. covers the Dec/Jan 2012 issue of VIBE where he reveals his controversial thoughts on Bin Laden, the penal system, the gay community, and blast folks who think Tiny should have taken the charge for him. See the highlights inside.....

It's been a while since T.I. gave an in-depth interview, and in the latest issue of VIBE magazine (out on Dec. 6), he unloads a mouthful of controversial opinions.  Whether it's doubting the death of Bin Laden, defending homophobes or lashing out at people who attack his wife, you're likely going to give him the side-eye.  One way or the other.

Here are the highlights:

On Conspiracy Theories and Bin Laden's Death

The conversation shifts from Muammar Gaddafi’s death—which occurred five days prior—to Osama Bin Laden’s assassination to both Eastern giant’s once empowered relationship with the U.S. government. “It’s like everybody that the U.S. was besties with, years later they’re the worst person in the world,” says Tip. "My question is what character traits do they possess now that they didn’t possess when y’all were besties? What made it go astray, and who’s to say they were on the dishonest end of that?”

The politic’n doesn’t stop there. Before an article can be selected from the “Osama Bin Laden killed” search, T.I. twists his lips in sarcastic fashion and shoots, “If that really happened.”

VIBE:  So you’re skeptical about the legitimacy of Osama’s death?
T.I.: Man, I’m a conspiracy theorist by nature. You can’t experience the federal penal system and not be somewhat skeptical. 



On Equal Rights And Homophobia

Man, I will say this, the funniest joke I ever heard Tracy say during a stand-up was, ‘C’mon man, I think gay people are too sensitive. If you can take a dick, you can take a joke.’ [Cracks up laughing.] That shit was funny to me. And it’s kind of true.’

While T.I. makes clear that he supports anyone’s sexual preference, he then connects, in his opinion, a current oversensitivity among gay people with a consequential and ironic offense of the First Amendment. “They’re like,‘If you have an opinion against us, we’re gonna shut you down.’ ... That’s not American. If you’re gay you should have the right to be gay in peace, and if you’re against it you should have the right to be against it in peace.’

 

On people who say Tiny should have taken the drug charge for him -

“I’ma tell you, 50 Cent and anybody else, we not gonn’a  have no discussion about what my ole lady should’a, would’a, couda done for anything as it pertains to me,” begins his rant. “We ain’t gonn’a do that. VIBE: I doubt she would have gotten any time.
T.I.: She wasn’t gonna catch it period, ’cause I’m there. That wasn’t even a consideration. Even if she asked me to I would’ve been like, “Nah, you trippin’. “ 

So you didn’t feel you were more valuable to your family, employees and business partners on the street?
That’s a discussion between me and another man. Not with the mother of my children. Not with the nurturer of my household.
