Halle Berry's Stalker Sentenced!! 386 Days!!

Richard Franco, the creep who was found scaling the wall around Halle Berry's house, has been sentenced to 386 days in jail, five years probation, and one year in counseling.

Not only that but Halle got the three year restraining order extended to a fat TEN years!! You go gurl.

Since he's already spent half his sentence behind bars awaiting his trial, he'll only be locked up for 193 more days. But still... better than nothin!!

When are these creeps gonna learn? Totes not okay to stalk a celebrity!!

Rupert Murdoch Ordered To Pay Jude Law And 35 Others Big $$$ For Hacking Their Phones!!

What goes around comes around... in the form of MONEY, HONEY!!!

After admitting to hacking into Jude Law's phones and keeping him under tight surveillance, Rupert Murdoch and his British newspaper company have agreed to pay him $200,000 in apology dollars.

Jude has been so pissed about this from day one. He explains:

For me this case was never about money. It was about standing up for myself and finding out what had happened. I owed it to my friends and family as well as myself to do this.

And he's not the only one!! 35 others are getting hot checks in the settlement ... but that's still less than 1% of those violated by the icky icky News of the World!!

Uhm ya.. we totally think our phones was hacked too!!! LOL JK!!!

Taylor Swift And Zac Efron Went On A Flirty Dinner Date Together!! OMG!!

Our fingers are shaking with excitement!

Taylor Swift and Zac Efron apparently shared a flirty dinner date recently.

Zac was quite the gentleman as he picked her up in his Audi before the two set off to dine at the Italian restaurant Pace in El Lay.

Sharing an outdoor corner table, the two were seen "deep in conversation and very giggly."

Zac has always been a fan of Swifty, calling her a "lovely girl, very beautiful." She too shares the sentiment as she one time said that he's an "all-around amazing guy."

An insider close to Taylor says it was just two friends grabbing a bite to eat together while they do press stuff for their upcoming movie Dr. Seuss' The Lorax.

Hmm, okay, but that's still not denying that there's a spark there.

The only thing Zac's source said was that:

"They have been friends a long time."

Yes! And many times, friendships turn into something more!

At least we hope so in this case. They're so cuuuuute together! What a gorgeous couple they would make!

Michael Jackson's Family Denied Restitution In Conrad Murray Case

No huge shocker here! As we said back in November, the Jackson estate was happy with Conrad Murray's sentencing!

Yesterday, Judge Michael Pastor announced that he would be denying restitution to Michael Jackson's family with regards to Dr. Murray's criminal case...because they didn't seek it.

Here's what a source had to say about it:

"The Jackson family told the DA they wanted the matter taken off calendar because they didn't want to pursue restitution in the criminal matter since both Katherine Jackson and Joe Jackson are seeking civil action against AEG (the concert promoter for Michael Jackson's This Is It tour), and Dr. Conrad Murray."

Whatever happens with these civil actions, we're just glad that justice was served in a larger sense against Dr. Murray.

Heather Locklear And Jack Wagner Forced To Face The Law Over Their Violent Fight!!!

Oh No!! Just what Heather Locklear needs right now.. MORE drama!!

Even though neither she nor Jack Wagner wanted to press charges after their physical showdown, the police still sent the report in to the City Attorney.

And they think they need a lil more info before they decide whether or not to press criminal battery charges!!

According to one member of the LAPD, HeLo completely lost it so Jack retaliated. Yikes!!!

Now the two need to go in and explain the situation. But sources close to the situation think the case will be dropped as long as the two show up and don't kill each other in the process.

We've got our fingers crossed!!! (that it's dropped and that they both realize that violence is never okay... they are NOT filming Melrose Place anymore! ugh!

ZOMG!! Twilight Could Keep Going!! Breaking Dawn Doesn't Have To Be The End!!

Whispers throughout Hollywood say the Twilight saga will very likely continue after the Breaking Dawn movies have finished storming the box office!!

Now that the franchise has moved to Lionsgate, the president of the company says he would love to see it continue:

It's hard for me to imagine a movie that does $700 million-plus doesn't have ongoing value. It's an amazing franchise that they have done a great job of maintaining with absolutely no deterioration. So the simple answer is 'Boy I hope so.'

So more movies?? We know R-Patz is just gonna love that idea, LOL!!

But the series could also continue a la the small screen. Jackson Rathbone, who plays Jasper Hale, has said he's heard mumbles of filming shorts and going into the back stories a little deeper.

DMX Says The Ruff Ryders Shall Return

Get ready for some more (humans) barking!!!

Troubled rapper DMX has announced that he and the old gang are dusting off the bikes and coming back for a reunion.

The Ruff Ryders will be reforming for a tour that is in the works. Everyone will be returning including Eve and Alicia Swizz Beatz Keys.

It's good to see DMX return to the news, that isn't crime related.

Stop, drop, shut em down and open up shop!

Watch Out Xtina! Kelly Is Off The Wagon…And The Claws Are Out!

Looks like Kelly Osbourne is back to the bottle and she still hates Xtina's guts!

Sources say that Kelly has been boozing for awhile and after the Golden Globes, things got really nasty.

A friend of the fashionista said the following while at a GG after party:

Kelly was so wasted. At one point she almost fell back and I had to catch her!

When she gets drinking her hatred for Christina Aguilera really comes out. She spent the entire night talking about how much she hates Christina!

Kelly has been super vocal about her despise of Xtina, stating that the singer has called her fat for many years.

Now that Xtina has gone pudge, Kelly revels in the fact that she is winning the battle of the bulge, even gloating on her show:

She called me fat for so many f***ing years. So you know what? F**k you! You're fat too.

Kelly had been sober since 2009 after a trip to rehab.

UPDATE: Kelly is denying it!! Apparently she wasn't even at any of those parties!! She tweets:

thats funny because i was not even at any of the after parties i was working!!!!

Dr. Izzie Wants To Return To Seattle Grace!!!

So does Isaiah Washington, but this one seems more likely to happen!

Katherine Heigl recently admitted that she wants to return to Grey's Anatomy and she has already asked to come back.

The actress is excited to see where Izzie could go if she returns to the halls of Seattle Grace.

Yeah totally. I really, really, really want to see where [Izzie] is. I just want to know what happened to her and where she went and what she's doing now.

My idea is that she actually like figures it out, and finds some success and does really well in a different hospital. She was always floundering you know, and so she was always one step behind the eight ball and I want to see that girl take some power back.

Heigl left the show to raise her daughter, Naleigh.

Miley was spotted leaving a Mexican restaurant with her beau Liam Hemsworth and parents Billy Ray and Tish after a family double date.

The young star had some trouble leaving the restaurant, stumbling into Liam's arms.

After being spotted by photogs, she said, "Too many margaritas."

Uh oh! We remeber last time she said something like that...
