| Sunday Cute: Dog Eats Up Dog Movie Posted: 29 Jan 2012 10:40 AM PST People are often drawn to films that seem to mirror their lives, so it makes sense our pets would get engrossed in a feature film staring animal actors. I wasn’t sure this particular dog was dedicated to watching Marmaduke because he related to the canine star or because it was the only thing currently flashing on his owner’s screen until he started putting his head by his paws during Marmaduke’s struggles. That’s roughly the expression I take on when a romantic comedy’s couple splits. At least from the videos description it seems like his owner let him watch the movie through the exciting conclusion. Sarah Jessica Parker has now been added to the ever growing list of actresses slated to play feminist Gloria Steinem in the upcoming movie Lovelace. Yesterday we reported Mary-Louise Parker was going to take the part off Demi Moore’s hands, but now Radaronline is reporting the role is going to another three-name actress; SJP. There are so many reason Sarah seems like a less then perfect choice for the role of Gloria Steinem. She is forever tied to a (fictional) woman whose purpose in life seemed to be amassing the largest collection of shoes possible and she looks nothing like the famous feminist author. Right now neither actress is listed on the IMDB page for Lovelace so maybe suggesting two different Parkers are joining the cast is just another way to make the two upcoming Lovelace biopics with ever rotating casts even more confusing. Teen Mom fans have learned Amber Portwood isn’t very good at self control. She hit her boyfriend knowing the footage would end up on national TV. She’s easily distracted when studying for her GED test. And after being put on probation she still turned to drugs, landing herself in jail this December. Yet whether Amber has her freedom for the next five years or ends up behind bars might be dependent on her infrequently exercised self control. Amber has accepted a plea deal that would mean she has to sped half a decade in jail, unless she successfully completes the Madison County Drug Court program. Whether this deal is officially on the table will be decided by a judge on February 6th. While it might not be in Leah’s best interest to spend the next five years separated from her mother, it seems like Amber’s gotten a lot of second chances. Maybe a shorter sentence she must serve would be more effective in motivating her to get her life together then the threat of jail time she might never have to serve.
