Rihanna was spotted out and about in Cali last night while she continues on with her break. A pic of Rihanna heading to get another tatt, plus news on her setting a digital download record, inside... It's no secret Rihanna loves a tattoo. So when she was having trouble sleeping this week, she made a beeline to the tattoo parlour after dinner at her fave spot Giorgio Baldi Restaurant in Santa Monica. Rih tweeted yesterday:
Well maybe the fact she just got named the Best-Selling Digital Artist Ever by Neilsen Soundscan can ease her nerves a bit. The "Talk That Talk" diva has moved 47.5 million digital downloads since hitting the scene in 2005. #2 is Black Eyed Peas with 42.4 mill. Congrats to her. |

Jennifer Hudson appears happy and carefree on the February issue of "Good Housekeeping." She talks about life at home with her Davids, how her son doesn't recognize her 80 pounds heavier, and reveals how she satisfies her food cravings. Here are the highlights:
On her former size: “Early on, I remember one of the musical directors telling me that everything about me was too big - my voice, my size, and my personality. [I asked her,] ‘Isn’t that what being a star is?’ Stars are larger than life!” On her son, David Jr.: “What’s funny is that he’s never known me overweight. If he sees a clip of the old Jennifer from Dreamgirls, he doesn’t know who it is.” On her fiance, David, and his Valentine’s Day rituals: “Let me tell you, this man goes bananas. When I wake up that morning in February, I can’t see through the house because he’s got confetti and balloons everywhere, rose petals on the floor, and candles in every single room.” On satisfying cravings: “I’ll find a calm, peaceful moment, and I’ll sit back and eat my chocolate, which I make sure is really good quality, too. Nick Cannon is still on the recovery track. After getting transported from Aspen Valley Hospital to L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai, he decided to get his freshness back.
Pic inside... While recovering from a painful mild kidney failure, Nick made sure to "get back to business," like he tweeted last night, and got a fresh haircut. And did so straight from the comfort of his hospital room. When a man needs a shape-up....he's gonna make it happen. He's looking much better. Good luck on your recovery Nick! |

 Halle Berry was spotted taking her daughter to school today. See the pics inside and also, new mother Essence Atkins dished about the joys of having a baby and how her good friends Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union are helping out. Deets inside.... Yesterday, Halle Berry, who is still falunting this mystery emerald and diamond ring on her ring finger, was on mommy duty and did school drop off/pick up for little Nahla in West Hollywood, CA.
Little Nahla must have had a great day at school because she burst out of the door first waving at the paps..instead of mean mugging them as usual. Nevermind....
Looks like Nahla made mommy a snowflake. How precious! And in new mommy news......

Nick Cannon as just transferred from the Aspen Valley Hospital in Colorado to an L.A. hospital today. After his wife Mariah asked her Twitter followers to pray for Nick as he suffers from mild kidney failure, Nick chimed in on Twitter saying he's recovering fine.
Deets inside... Nick was wheelchaired to an awaiting private plane (not pictured here) with Mariah today as they headed back to L.A. for more medical attention at Cedars-Sinai. But the "America's Got Talent" host put his Twitter followers at ease earlier saying: Currently being transfered to a hospital in LA. Thank you all for all your love, prayers and concern. You know me… I will be a’ight. Good to hear. Get well soon Nick! |

Dwyane Wade is gushing about his love, Gabrielle Union, in the new controversial Love & Basketball issue of ESSENCE magazine. The twosome are gracing the February 2012 cover. And after said cover hit the net yesterday, a flurry of comments came with it.
Check out the 3 reasons Dwyane says he loves him some Gabby, and what she had to say about marriage, inside... Seems like everyone has an opinion on whether Dwayne & Gabby should be glorified on the new ESSENCE magazine cover. And it's no secret that controversy sells...and all print publications are in need of serious sales these days. Actress KeKe Palmer (posing at the Joyful Noise screening in ATL with Kirk Franklin last night) stopped by "Good Day Atlanta" recently to promote her new film starring Queen Latifah and Dolly Parton. Watch the segment inside..... This week, gorgeous YBF chick KeKe Palmer has been in Atlanta promoting her upcoming film, Joyful Noise. And earlier today on "Good Day Atlanta," she revealed she is very much the "church girl" she plays in the film. 18-year-old KeKe revealed that her father was a deacon in the church and her mother helped run the choir while she was growing up. And Keke (who does HER OWN singing in the film) says she used to beg for church solos all the time. She also joked that in this movie, her fans will get to see her make out with a boy for the first time on screen! Loves this chick. And hope she keeps that good-girl image on lock.
