LUDAWEEKEND CONTINUES: Ciara, Ludacris, Tika Sumpter And Others Kickoff Labor Day Weekend

Ludacris kicked off his LudaDay Weekend with a  VIP dinner  full of celebs at Straits Restaurant in Atlanta. His fellow ATLien, including Ciara and others joined him as he celebrated his 6th annual community event. Check out the pics from the private dinner ...

Labor Day weekend is in full effect and celebs in ATL jumpstarted it at Ludacris' private dinner.

Tika Sumpter looked pretty in her slim fitting grey dress.

Tammie Reed and Lisa Wu posed for a pic together. 

 

Singer Rudy Currence smiled for the cameras.

NBA player Josh Powell also came through.

Letoya Lucket looked sexy in her all black and red lips.

Lance Gross, Estelle and Tika shared a pic.

Pretty girl Keshia Night Pulliam was looking hot in her red bodycon dress.

BBW's star Meeka Claxton (who has been seen around Atlanta a lot lately) was in tow with a friend.

Fun times. The LudaWeekend festivities will continue throughout the weekend; including Team Luda and Team Bieber playing against each other in a celebrity basketball game.

Cassie has returned to the music scene with a hot new track featuring Fabolous. Listen to Cassie sing about the "Radio" inside.....

 

P. Diddy is up to his old tricks when it comes to "new" music.  First you take a catchy hook, then you lay it over a beat from the 80s or earlier that everyone loves and then.....you have a hit on your hands because it's all about the beat right?

For Cassie's new track "Radio",  the Bad Boy producers reached into their bag of samples and threw in an appearance by Fabolous to create a cute summer jam that's sure to be a hit. 

Cassie sings about a lover who jllted her and how she wishes she would have listened to the wisdom of Mary J. Blige, TLC, Xscape and others who warned her to leave him through songs on the "Radio."

PARTY FAB: LaLa Anthony Throws An ATL Bash Attended By Tika Sumpter, Ludacris And Sheree Whitfield

It was a big weekend for celebrity parties in Atlanta recently as LudaDay Weekend was a top attraction and the "queen" of New York LaLa Anthony also threw a party that brought out ATL's finest.  Get the deets inside...

Over the weekend, Kenny Burns, Alex Gidewon and special guest La La Anthony hosted Dubai Thursday's at Vanquish Lounge in Atlanta, GA.  

The party brought out some of ATL's finest including rapper Ludacris.

Tameka Raymond was there and she posed with "RHOA" star Sheree Whitfield.

She also posed with fab actress Tika Sumpter who rocked a pair of tribal inspired leggings.

 

Hmm.....and the parties just keep popping up.  It seems like Atlanta is becoming the "Las Vegas" of the South.

Kelly Rowland's assistant secretly recorded the "Motivation" singer humming a few tunes in the shower recently....and she sounded fabulous!  Listen to Kelly's bathroom voice inside and see Noemie Lenoir's photoshoot for "Vs" Magazine.

 

Kelly Rowland's assistant caught her in the shower practicing for her upcoming tour with Chris Brown recently, and her voice is in rare form. 

She sang "Part Of Your World" from Disney's The Little Mermaid while showering and once she discovered she was being taped she screamed that "I'm a black mermaid."

Gorgeous French model, Noemie Lenoir, recently posed for a set of high fashion shots by Simon Procter for Vs magazine.  In the photo above, she wears a red chiffon dress and vinyl belt by Gucci, and red rubber boots by Louis Vuitton.

Here, Noemie wears a cloak by Chanel, boots by Lanvin and gloves by La Bagagerie.

In this shot, she wears a red and black tartan print wool cloak by Moschino, black feather high-waisted briefs and silk stockings by Louis Vuitton, shoes by Burberry Prorsum and hat by Lanvin.

 

And in this ultra glam shot, Noemi wears beige Roberto Cavalli chiffon dress, boots by Gianvito Rossiand hat by Lanvin.

Noemi is looking good.  She's had a rough year triggered by a bad breakup with her boyfriend French footballer Claude Makélélé, the father of her six-year-old son Kelyan, and there was even a suicide attempt. 

But she made it through the rough spot andnow  she is more fabulous than ever.  Keep it up Noemie!

PERFORMANCE FAB: Mary J. Blige TURNS OUT Central Park For GMA's Summer Concert Series (VIDEO)

Mary J. Blige performed in New York's Central Park this morning as part of GMA's Summer Concert Series. Watch video from Mary's set inside and get the deets on her upcoming films.

 

Mary J. Blige chatted with ABC's Elizabeth Vargas this morning before she took the crowd in Central Park through a show-stopping performance of her latest single "25/8" and her classic hit "Just Fine."

She talked to the audience about her upcoming album My Life II: The Journey Continues saying it revisits some of the same dark emotions that My Life did, but it's also an upbeat album about learning from the past and living a healthier life. 

She also reveal that her Rock Of Ages co-star Tom Cruise has a great singing voice and that she's excited to play Nina Simone in a soon-to-be-released biopic.

Tameka "Tiny" Harris FIRES BACK At FEDS For T.I.'s Luxury Bus Flap, Says "This Is A Bunch Of Bulls**t!"

With her husband back in federal custody because of a "transportation" issue, Tameka "Tiny" Harris is not sitting by quietly, of course.  She blasted prison officials saying they escorted T.I. to his tour bus, posed for pics, and NEVER raised an issue.  Deets inside....

T.I.'s wife Tiny would like to know why T.I.'s tour bus became an issue for prison officals AFTER he left their custody.    

Tiny spoke to TMZ and revealed that prison officials clearly knew he would be riding on a tour bus because they personally walked him to the bus.  She adds that the officers then posed for pics with the rap star and wished him well in life.

"This is a bunch of bulls**t ... they should have said something before he got on the bus ... T.I. would have politely gotten into a van."

She continued,

"T.I. is one of the strongest individuals I know ... and they just trying to break him in more ways than one and it's not gonna work! 'Cause what God got for him, can't no man take that away ... period!"

Tiny's got a point. If you see something...say something.  But they should have followed the rules regardless. 

CELEBS GIVE BACK: Ciara, LeToya Luckett, Lance Gross & Others Hit Ludacris' LudaDay Weekend

Rapper and philanthropist Christopher "Ludacris" Bridges spent last weekend raising money for his Ludacris Foundation and  his celebrity pals like Lance Gross, Ciara and LeToya Luckett came out to support him.  Check the pics inside.....

This weekend, Ludacris presented the 6th Annual LudaDay Weekend, which raises money and awareness for the Ludacris Foundation. 

Luda kicked off the weekend yesterday by taking over 1,000 kids from various schools in Atlanta to the Atlanta Braves vs. Washington Nationals Baseball Game.

While at the game, the kids got to kick it with celebs like Keshia Knight Pulliam and LeToya Luckett who lent their support to the foundation.  How cute is Keshia's polka dotted romper!


 

Then later that night, Luda was joined by Ciara and a few other friends as he celebrated with an after party at Opera Nightclub.   

Lance Gross was there as well.

 

And so was Lil Scrappy.
