Estelle Talks Finding A Man & Refocusing Her Music In PYNK Mag

Estelle is all about refocusing her career these days.  The British songstress is getting back to her emotional roots--after hitting the red carpets--to give people the music they fell in love with in the first place.

The 31-year-old "Break My Heart" singer opened up about looking for a man--and she ha no boundaries.  And also getting past heartbreak so she can get back to the emotionally charged music she hit the scene with "American Boy":

On refocusing her life and career:
“I got back on the same page with my head and my heart. I just didn’t enjoy the music anymore so I turned everything around and started really paying attention to myself instead of listening to what everyone else was telling me [the album] should be. It just got real ridiculous for a while.”

On pushing past the pain:
“Every time I’d go in and record something that was really emotionally charged after one of these changing moments — those are the records that everybody loved. So I was like, ‘You might want to keep doing that. It’s going to hurt you but just keep going.’ And I did. And it hurt like hell. And a lot of people were probably hurt in the process, but oh well. They probably needed to go anyway. These were things that went with the process of me having to change my life around for the better. I definitely went through it.”

On her love life:
“I’m dating. I’m having fun. I don’t think I want to be in a relationship just yet. I’m enjoying my absolute freedom and having fun looking at the boys. There are some good ones out there. I like cute ones — black, white, whatever — with kind eyes and a kind spirit. I like men who are about something, who have a whole career to themselves. Guys who don’t really have too many issues – or at least deal with their issues. Not the ones who drift around looking for someone to take care of them… I’ve had a couple of those and they’re not fun. ”

Kris Humphries' Father Insists Son Was "Blindsided" By Divorce, Asks "How Could Someone Do That?!"

In a new interview, that goes against everything the Kardashian camp has been claiming, William Humphries tells "Life & Style" that his son Kris was indeed "blindsided" by the divorce. Meanwhile, Kim K. just arrid on set at The Marriage Counselor.  Deets inside....

In a new interview with "Life & Style" magazine, Kris Humphries father, William (shown above with wife Debra) tells the magazine that Kris was not aware his wife was leaving him.

“There was never a discussion about it — it just came out of nowhere and blindsided Kris. How could someone do that? Kris was completely surprised. The news was already published before he found out!”

Ouch....it must be painful to watch your life change right before your eyes....and you be the last to know.  So how is Kris dealing with it?  His father says:

 “He’s hurting, but we’re here for him.  It’s nice that he’s here [in Minnesota] with family during this time.”

And it seems that Kris and Kim aren't doing much talking these days, without the help of lawyers.

“Kris told me that Kim was texting him a lot, but he wouldn’t respond. They did speak briefly the day the split was announced — but only because Kim was apparently pissed that Kris had released his own statement.”

“It’s not a nice situation. No matter how you look at it, he’s going through a divorce.”

And as far as them getting back together, it's clearly not going to happen as a source recently told TMZ, that although Kim is conflicted, she knows that divorce is the best thing for them.

I'm sure it'll all unfold on E!  Meanwhile, Kim K. just arrived on the set of Tyler Perry's Marriage Counselor in Atlanta this morning:

Toni Braxton Reveals She's Dating White Men On "Anderson Cooper"

Toni Braxton is still flying solo with all her "Braxton Family Values" promo.  She recently made an appearance on CNN anchor Anderson Cooper's new daytime talk show.  And she revealed she's dipping into the snow for her dating life these days.  And y'all know Anderson had some questions.

Toni says she's now open to interracial dating. And she's liking it so far.

ANDERSON: You also moved back to L.A. recently. How's that?
TONI: I love it. I have two kids, and my son is autistic so that's been the challenge to find the right school for him, but I'm single in L.A.
ANDERSON: It's touch city to be single in. So you're dating and stuff?
TONI: No. Sprinkles. Sprinkles of dating. I'm beginning to play in the snow a bit.
ANDERSON: Excuse me, what?
TONI: Play in the snow? You've never heard of that. It means he's Caucasian.
ANDERSON: And that's a change for you?
TONI: I've never played in the snow before.
ANDERSON: Really?
TONI: Yes, never.
ANDERSON: How is the snow?
TONI: Well, this is a lovely snow flake.
ANDERSON: Every snow flake is different.
TONI: Every one is different, so it's okay.

 

And the two also chatted about getting revenged on an ex.  Toni, who has been going through a divorce for a while now with husband Keri Lewis, wouldn't reveal how she's personally done some dirt.  But did reveal her friend's dirt.

 

ANDERSON: We just finished doing this stuff on cheating and revenge. Would you ever seek revenge on somebody who?

TONI: The girl in me, I remember in the past in my college years I was a little revengeful. But I wasn't a stalker though. But a little bit revengeful. But back then, the internet wasn't as popular.

ANDERSON: What did do you?

TONI: Oh, gosh, you want me to admit it.

ANDERSON: Yes, Sure, why not?

TONI: I don't want to be sued. I remember I didn't do it but a girlfriend of mine keyed this guy's car. She keyed it for me and I felt bad about it.

ANDERSON: For you? I like that you let her take the wrap for it.

TONI: Yeah, she really did that. She keyed it. But I told him I did it, and I told him i'd pay for it, actually my girlfriend did it. And he said, 'I want my money.' Then he later on said, 'Oh no, don't worry about it.'

Nicki Minaj, Prince, Jennifer Hudson, Oprah, & More PARTY IT UP For VERSACE FOR H&M

Nicki Minaj got extra colorful to wig out (in green with a plant accessory in all that too) for the launch of VERSACE FOR H&M. She and Prince performed for the much anticipated event at Manhattan's Pier 57 last night.  And the event marked the collaboration of Versace for H&M for a new fashion collection.

Celebs were on hand for the fashion show, performances, and dinner party to celebrate Versace's new line at the affordable H&M chain.  After playing around with her girl Ke$ha, Nicki Minaj hit the carpet to show of her head to toe Versace threads:

 


There's a lot going on here.  She and Prince were the performers for the night.

The Purple One surprisingly had the most subdued look of the night--all red.

And also sat to watch the fashion show which paraded all of Donatella's new looks.

Zoe Kravitz was there laughing it up with actress Emma Roberts.

And watched the show in her blue and white polka dotted tights and white dress with designer Alexander Wang.

Jennifer Hudson posed in an all black Versace for H&M dress with actress Selma Blair.

Cute.

Socialite Genevieve Jones made her way to the event in this interesting combo of Versace threads.

Even Oprah--who didn't rock Versace--got in on the fashion fun.  She was there to support her good friend Donatella Versace and sat at the dinner table with actress Uma Thurman.

Mariah Carey REVEALS She's Lost 70lbs Since Pregnancy + More Pics Of Twins Roc and Roe!

Pop icon Mariah Carey stopped by the "ROSIE" show yesterday to reveal her slim post-twins body.  And she says she's lost 70lbs these past 6 months!  And in addition to revealing new pics of adorable twins Moroccan and Monroe, she's also the new spokeswoman for the Jenny Diet Plan, formerly Jenny Craig.  Deets inside....

 

As only a diva could, Mariah Carey made a grand entrance yesterday on OWN's "ROSIE" Show where she dished on her role as a Jenny spokeswoman, her twins Roc and Roe, and life with husband Nick Cannon.

During their conversation, she told Rosie about her shocking body transformation saying, 

"In the beginning, when I first had the babies, I had so much edema … water and swelling. Most pregnant woman have that just in their feet.  One day I was doing my thank-you notes and I noticed it started rising up the leg, so I had edema. … I didn't think I would ever be the same person."

So how did that affect her famous figure?

"The first week, I lost 40 lbs. … of just water.  It was just water, initially. When I started with the program, I lost at least 30 lbs. of weight that needed to be lost."

And though she's all smiles when talking about Moroccan and Monroe now, she reveals being pregnant was a rough experience. 

"I had a really tough pregnancy.  I was supposed to be on bed rest, but it was so bad that even bed hurt.  I learned a lot being pregnant, watching my body change."

And on the weight journey, she says,

"The whole point of this is not just like: 'Oh, hey, look at me and my weight loss, I'm fantastic.' It's really health. Like I said, I learned it when I became helpless and felt so vulnerable like never before in my life."

And with the new Jenny diet plan, Mimi says she plans to get back down to the size she was in the "Touch My Body" video.  Chick is looking damn good already.  Good luck Mimi!

A darker haired Beyonce was spotted out and about in NYC Tuesday night...likely on her way to watch her hubby and The Throne at Madison Square Garden.  Pics inside of the fly mom-to-be...

 

Beyonce showed off her new darker locks as she made her way around the city Tuesday evening.  And the mom-to-be didn't shy away from her sky high leopard Louboutin booties.  She paired them with her black jeans, black blouse, black blazer, and scarf with gold sequin embellishments.

Loves this.

EXCLUSIVE UPDATE: Liza Irizarry's Texts To Terrence J After Allegedly Getting Violently Attacked By Selita Ebanks

As we exclusively reported earlier--when TheYBF.com broke the story first around 4p EST--Liza Irizarry claims model Selita Ebanks violently attacked her at Dream nightclub in Miami.  All over Selita's new boo, "Think Like A Man" and "106 & Park" star Terrence J.

 

We now have the texts Liza sent to Terrence and a pic from the beginning of their friendship....

 

Liza, a video and magazine model, told us she and Terrence met years ago.  She's from the Bronx and he works in New York, so they know each other from the industry.  But there was no past video model style hanky panky.  Liza tells TheYBF.com:

"I've know Terrence for years.  We never dated.  Never had sex.  It's not like that.  We have mutual friends.  And every time I see him I say 'Hi' and give a kiss on the cheek...like I do with everybody.  Selita has to learn that somebody of her status can't just go around hitting people."

And she sent Terrence some text messages--right after the 5am attack where Selita and her friends allegedly punched Liza in the nose and back:

 

She says he never responded.  As of this afternoon, Selita's reps exclusively denied all claims to TheYBF.com.

Beyonce, Diddy & Cassie, Emily B. & Adrienne & Fabolous, Solange & More Hit The Throne's MSG Tour Stop

Celebs were out in full force for Jay-Z and Kanye West's 1st Madison Square Garden stop in NYC last night.  Check out who stopped by to Watch the Throne inside...

Diddy was spotted leaving out the venue after being spotted backstage with...you guessed it...Cassie.  Cassie chilled in the front- middle section out in the audience while Diddy partied it up backstage with the fellas--who didn't take the stage till after 9:30p.

And folks went nuts when Jay's wife Beyonce and little sis Solange and nephew Julez (far right) were also spotted in the VIP section on the floor:

The celebs avoided professional photogs but fans were snapping away.  Adrienne Bailon was kickin' it with Emily B. (who was still filming "Love & Hip Hop" yesterday) & Fabolous (far left)...Adrienne is surely always around isn't she....

Also in attendance: Stephen Hill, AJ Calloway, Melanie Fiona, Ty Ty and Russell Simmons.  And backstage partying during the show: Blake Lively, Diddy, Spike Lee, Trey Songz, Kevin Liles, and Michael Kyser.

Whitney Houston And Jordin Sparks DISCUSS "Sparkle" + Drake & Lil' Wayne CANCEL Joint CD

Pop icon Whitney Houston sat down with Jordin Sparks for a joint interview with "ET" to discuss the remake of Sparkle.  Get the deets inside and find out why you won't be hearing a joint album from Drake and Lil' Wayne.

"It's bigger that what we thought," that's how Whitney Houston describes the vibe around the set of Sparkle.

During a joint interview with Jordin Sparks, the raspy-voiced diva revealed that she believes her co-star, Jordin, has a "literal" spark of innocence and beauty about herself.

Then Jordin said that Whitney's struggles in the business and her personal life have inspired her to keep going and be the best that she can be in the music field.

Fans of Drake will have to settle for the release (or leak) of Take Care on Nov. 15 as he announced he and Lil' Wayne won't be making an album together.

During an interview for the upcoming December issue of XXL mag, he revealed why saying,

“Me and Wayne scrapped the idea of a collaboration album.  We just agreed that it would be looked upon as… It would be sort of this competition [with Watch The Throne]. I feel like it would get caught in this whirlwind of hype. [Wayne] agreed. We just said, ‘If we do it, we’ll do it down the line. But right now is not the time.’”

In the meantime, he is still working on a mixtape with Rick Ross called, Y.O.L.O., which means You Only Live Once.

“I’ve been working on that for the last couple of weeks. We haven’t really connected because he’s been going through this thing with his health. I’ve been stashing my little beats and verses. I don’t have a drop date for it or a time for it. To be honest, it’s something I just really wanted to pop up out of nowhere. I’m not gonna release no single or anything. It’s something I want to do because I enjoy like working with Ross.”

BREAKING: Heavy D Has DIED At 44

In extremely shocking and sad news, one of the most notable 90's rapper, Heavy D, died today.  Details inside...

*UPDATE* An associate of Heavy's claims he was suffering from pneumonia after a recent overseas trip.  TMZ says they are hearing it was a heart attack.  We will update when confirmed.

Rap godfather Grandmaster Flash broke the news via his twitter about an hour ago saying he was just told that Heavy D passed away.  And just minutes ago, TMZ confirmed the details:

Rap legend Heavy D -- one of the most influential rappers of the '90s -- died earlier today ... TMZ has learned.

Heavy D -- real name Dwight Arrington Myers -- was rushed to an L.A. hospital around noon today ... and was pronounced dead at the hospital at 1 PM. He was 44 years old.

We've learned a 911 call was placed from Heavy's Beverly Hills home around 11:25 AM to report an unconscious male on the walkway .

When help arrived, we're told Heavy D was conscious and speaking -- and was transported to a nearby hospital.

He died a short time later.

Cops are investigating the death -- and so far, there are no obvious signs of foul play.

This is so shocking.  Heavy's last tweets were less than 24 hours ago where he offered his condolences to the now late Joe Frazier saying:

SMOKIN JOE FRAZIER..RIP.. truly one of the best heavyweight champs that ever lived.. GODS SPEED,MR FRAZIER!
 

And then, "Be Inspired!"

He is the former leader of Heavy D & the Boyz, a hip hop group which included G-Whiz (Glen Parrish), "Trouble" T. Roy (Troy Dixon), and Eddie F (born Edward Ferrell).

The "Now That We Found Love" rapper also performed at last month's 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards (above).  We have heard some details about the actual cause of death, but none have been confirmed.  We will updated when confirmation is given.

EXCLUSIVE: Model Claims SELITA EBANKS PUNCHED & ATTACKED HER At A Club In Miami....And We've Got The Bruised Up Pics!

This doesn't sound like normal model behavior.  Just days after we exclusively broke the news that Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks is dating "106 & Park" host Terrence J., we've learned that Selita allegedly attacked a model chick in Miami this weekend.  And it was all because the alleged victim got too close to Terrence.

33-year-old magazine and video model/casting director, Liza Irizarry, just filed a police report against model Selita Ebanks, who she claims PUNCHED her in the face after Liza gave Terrence a friendly greeting.  Here's what allegedly went down:

Liza tells TheYBF.com that while arriving at Miami's DREAM Nightclub in Miami around 5am this past Sunday morning, she crossed paths with her old friend Terrence J whom she never dated, but has known through the industry for years.  As he was exiting the club, Liza, who was arriving, says she simply told him "Hello," and gave him the usual friendly kiss-on-the-cheek greeting.

That's when the ish went left.  According to Liza, Selita, who was standing behind Terrence, yelled out "Don't be kissing on my man!" and instantly swung her fist at Liza's face.  Liza says Selita's girlfriends who were with her also got in on the fight, throwing several slaps and punches at Liza's face and body.  She says she got jumped by multiple girls all at once...and it all happened quickly.

A male friend of Liza's girlfriend broke it up, along with a bouncer, and escorted her and her bloody nose to the bathroom.

What did Terrence do throughout the catfight?  Liza tells us, "He did nothing.  I even texted him later to tell him that wasn't cool and asked him what the hell was up with Selita.  I never disrespected either of them.  He never responded."

Liza says she felt fine at first.  But later Sunday evening, she woke up to a pillow full of blood and extreme pain in her nose.  She says as of today, it's still too painful to even wear sunglasses.

"It's classless and ghetto," Liza tells TheYBF.com about the incident.  "I wasn't planning to swing at her. The only reason I swung at her was because she swung at me. I just can't believe she did that. I believe she was drunk honestly. They clearly had a few drinks that night."

Selita's manager denies all claims telling us, "Selita Ebanks was not involved in a physical altercation in Miami. This story is false." We contacted DREAM nightclub who says they are unaware of the incident.

Amber Rose DISHES To "Wendy" About Kanye, Wiz, And Her Stripper Past + Rihanna RELEASES Her Summer Vacay Pics

Amber Rose stopped by the "WENDY" Show today where she dished on the "hot topics" of her life including Kanye, Wiz, and stripping. Watch the video inside and see pics of Rihanna's fab vacay in Italy.

Earlier today, Amber Rose dropped by "The Wendy Williams Show" and probably gave her most in-depth interview ever.  And it was all during an extended Hot Topics.

The Philly native revealed that she began stripping at age 15 after she and her mother became homeless.  Her early years in the strip clubs soured her feelings about men/dating and she felt like she would never find love or get married.

She revealed that she and Kanye became a couple almost instantly after they met on a video shoot in L.A.  But during the course of the relationship, he was an "a$$hole" and was pretty mean to her.  She also revealed that after their breakup, she was indeed had Reggie Bush as a rebound.

But now she has found peace and love with husband-to-be (according to them) Wiz Khalifa and she hopes to be with him for the rest of her life. 

And if you think you'll be seeing her on reality tv, think again.  She said she's never sell her soul for fame and fortune.  Even though she previously shopped her pilot to tv networks.

EXCLUSIVE: Deion Sanders' Wife Pilar Keeps It Moving After Divorce Rumors

Pilar Sanders hit the scene in Dallas for the first time since the divorce rumors broke about her and her NFL Hall of Famer husband Deion Sanders.  And she's says she's happier than ever.

Mrs. Sanders hosted the opening of Gossip Bar in Dallas, TX just days ago along with Phillip Willis of LOGO's reality show (like a different version of "Real Housewives") "A-List Dallas" (pictured above).  And the 37-year-old former VH1 "Football Wife" star was looking pretty as usual.

The mother of 5 (she and Deion have three together and two are from his previous relationships) is still holding it down as an uber0fit mom who's trying to embark on a career of her own.  And she's not letting those recent divorce rumors that Deion denied get her down. 

Pilar, who also kicked it with Tara Harper of Bravo's "Most Eligible Dallas," tells TheYBF.com that next year she will focus on making her community more fit:

In 2012 I'm working to bring more health & fitness awareness to our community. We women give and do so much for others and often fail to remember that if we don't care for ourselves it will be impossible to continue to care for others. We need more people to promote healthy living!

And if we're gonna look like this at 37--I'm sure lots of folks will be listening.  By the way, "A-List Dallas" season 2 airs Mondays on LOGO TV.
